Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase starting from $25. You can find them under the "SHOP" menu tab under "GIFT VOUCHERS" or by searching "GIFT VOUCHER" in the search bar.
What are the payment options?
MADI MADE accepts all major credit cards. Afterpay is available as well.
What is your return policy?
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it is not personalised/custom, you may return your item in exchange for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note all returned items must be in original condition and if shipping is required, it is paid by the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS: You may return your item in exchange for store credit if the product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items with visual inconsistencies unaffecting functionality are not considered faulty.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: If you are in Australia and the package arrives damaged, you must take the damaged contents and original packaging in its entirety to Aus Post and let Madi know immediately to lodge an Aus Post case. Madi will send out a replacement item as soon as possible.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are not returnable for change-of-mind after purchase.
What are the shipping/pickup options?
LOCAL PICKUP: MADI MADE is located in Manly Vale for local pickup by appointment on weeknights and weekends.
LOCAL DELIVERY: If you are within the Northern Beaches, MADI MADE offers local delivery for a $15 flat fee.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Cards ship for free! Ceramics ship for $15. Art + Prints ship for $15.
SHIPPING TO THE USA: If you are purchasing ceramics in the US, Madi can send up to 2kg (~4.4lbs) internationally. There are two weight brackets, 0-1kg and 1-2kg. The 0-1kg bracket equates to about 2 mugs. The 1-2kg bracket equates to about 4 mugs. Unfortunately orders over this weight limit are not economical to send. HOWEVER, enquire to Madi if you are really wanting a handmade ceramic and she can let you know if other options are available.
