Bay of Fires

On a trip that took over two years (and three cancellations) in the making, there was so much leadup and anticipation to experiencing the Tasmanian landscape. Weather was not on our side during most of the trip; however, when we found the Bay of Fires, the rain cleared just long enough for us to explore virtually by ourselves. With no one else there, the area had more of a special feel - we were two kids running around what felt like our own personal playground!
